Based on this point, an explosion-proof dust collector was invented. The main method is to install a pressure difference controller near the dust collector of the shot blasting cleaning machine without vibration. When the dust collector of the shot blasting machine is blocked for a period of time, the pressure difference detected by the instrument will change. When the detection value exceeds the set upper and lower limits, the pressure difference controller will control the cleaning mechanism of the filter bag of the dust collector to work, such as the vibration or back blowing mechanism to remove the dust on the surface of the filter material of the dust collector, to ensure that the dust collector has a good working condition. When the automatic cleaning still cannot meet the requirements, the differential pressure controller will control the alarm to sound and automatically shut down the equipment to prevent accidents.
To ensure operation, we have also installed a gravity type automatic explosion door at the key position of the shot blasting machine dust collector. This device is generally designed at the top of the shot blasting chamber and dust removal pipeline, in areas with dense dust. After calculation, the device can automatically open the door at the moment of explosion, release the explosion pressure, and avoid injury to equipment and personnel. After unloading, the door automatically closes by gravity.
